Red, White and Blue Patriotic Fruit Salad

We are a little bit obsessed with fruit salads around here. With so many lovely berries in season and on sale, I just can't help myself! Plus, I can always count on my kids eating all their fruit, so I try to provide a nice fruit dish at dinner time.

This easy fruit salad is the perfect thing to take to a 4th of July BBQ! I mixed apples, blueberries, and raspberries (you could use strawberries instead). Then add a little secret ingredient fruit salad sauce, and your fruit will not turn brown all day.

Salute your salad!

  18. I loved how this salad looks, but when I made it, the apples turned pink. Any ideas why or how to prevent this?
