Welcome to our Nest Monogram Frame

I made this little decoration a few weeks ago with a few of my friends. I love how it turned out, so I thought I would share a picture.

I started by painting an inexpensive black frame with a mustard yellow acrylic, 2 coats. I think I used Deco Art's Antique Gold or Marigold- I can't remember for sure, but I love using their paints. I have a big selection in my craft stash)! Then the time consuming part: I spent almost an hour wrapping and hot gluing twine around the letter H. But it's ok, because at the same time I was listening to my friends share embarrassing bathroom stories, laughing so hard, and trying not to burn my fingers. Then I added some sticks, a nest, and a paper pennant banner. My friend Ashley made the cute printable. Sorry I don't have a file for you. All the supplies can be found at regular craft stores.
