{Free Printables} My Daddy, MD poem

I made these frames two years ago for my kids to give their daddy for his graduation. I thought I would put the printables out there in case anyone wants to use them for the daddy-doctor in their life. You could make a fun graduation gift, or even Father's Day gift with them. I made two, so that my husband could have one at home, and one for his future office. I left a blank spot, which is now filled with a picture of our family from his graduation. (The author of this poem is unknown).

Graduations are so memorable and special. Here's a quick pic of our big day. My husband carried our son across the stage. (Here's my tutorial for the baby graduation cap and gown).

My Daddy, MD poem:
These are both sized at 5x7.

  1. Oh this is too cute! What a sweet idea! I need to make some stuff for my husbands office since he just got a new one : )

  2. That is precious. My husband is not yet a father, my dad is not a doctor, but still I teared up as I read that sweet poem. Maybe the MR. needs to go to med. school :o)

  3. Too sweet! And I love, love, love that he carried his sweet baby with him across the stage. That is true love!

  8. Hi Rach,
I just came across your blog while I was searching for the "My Daddy, MD" poem that I saw in my physicians office today. You and your family sound like a lot of fun! I have never thought about having a blog before but I just might after reading about your project ADD, especially since I'm sure I have the same thing. My husband couldn't believe there was someone else, another mom no less, with the same symptoms, lol! Thanks for a smile to end my evening! Dawn :)

Thanks for your comment. Have a great day!
